'The Simpsons' Duff Beer

Duff Beer is a fictional brand of beer in the animated series The Simpsons. It is Homer Simpson's beer of choice. It is a parody of stereotypical commercial beer: very cheaply priced, poor-quality, and advertised everywhere. The beer's official spokesperson is Duffman.

However, it is not fictional anymore :)  The Simpsons have been showing this beer for 23 years in its episodes and fans wanted to try and have the real one, not fictional - so now everyone can try Duff beer for themselves. They had huge demand - they created the real product. Or it is the story how something fictional becomes reality.

The Legendary Duff Beer Company has made the beer available for shipping to the UK for the first time ever to coincide with the screening of the show's 500th episode.Duff Beer, whose slogan is 'Can't get enough of that wonderful Duff' has already been a huge hit across Europe.

'The Legendary Duff Beer is a premium German pilsner that poses a crisp, light refreshing taste along with iconic packaging,' the brewers claim.

'The product has certainly fulfilled its namesake in becoming a modern day legend, developing a cult following across the world.'
Fans of the show can purchase the iconic 4.7 per cent lager online in either bottles or cans.
Different versions of the beer have been made available in various countries over the last two decades including Mexico, Australia and New Zealand.
The beer is also served on tap at a popular pub in New York.
